Spring HOA Meeting – 6/3/22

H.P Safe Chair – Sarah K

Board members – Robert K; Erin F.; Becca; Nate; Nick M; Roger; Natalie

Agenda items – 

Steve H – requested $450 approval for a larger more visible Fire Danger Today Sign for the park area – 48*24 – Motion passed with majority vote

Sarah K will talk to the neighbor at the back entrance to get permission for the new Hilldale Pines sign on posts - once we have permission Kevin K will put up sign. 

Jefferson County has suspended the need for a permit for Auxiliary Structures due to staffing shortages – voted to order and install the matching Gazebo price has gone up to 3K – Motion passed with majority 

Jamboree – we will talk to Carolyn about providing food – will not order a bounce house. Will see about getting the fire truck and will order a porta potty.
