  • Picnic tables at park 

    • Looking into deck over to be used to paint the top tables - $40

    • All board members in favor

  • Johnson Land

    • Offered their land adjacent to park (behind the flagpole and sign)

    • HOA pays electric to keep the light on the hilldale pines

    • Offer to HOA is $2500

    • Currently not zoned to be built on but could be rezoned

    • Still waiting on the insurance to determine what the additional liability would be - current estimate is an additional $25-75

    • 1-opposition/10-in favor

      • Need structure permit

    • Need volunteers to share duties to keep it looking nice

    • Digital sign up sheet to allow volunteers to sign up for daily/weekly shifts

    • All who are interested, have a 30 minute walk through of park to discuss problems areas and things to be aware of

  • Restriping of CIty View

    • The last time it was repaved they painted the stripes when it rained

    • Phone call to city to determine if we can get a crew to repaint
